Meet The Community Association Manger – Greenacre Properties, inc.
 
Dawn Archambault
 
Dawn Archambault is originally from Connecticut and has been residing in Florida since 2000.  She moved to the Lennox subdivision of Carrollwood Village Phase II in 2002.  
 
Dawn has a combination of over 20-years of experience in real estate sales, property management, customer service and project management.   Her experience has contributed to her excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build strong relationships with homeowners, vendors and board members. As a result of working with industry leaders Dawn has been able to consistently expand her knowledge and has been in leadership roles since graduating high school.  
 
Dawn attended the University of North Carolina at Greensboro and is constantly striving to learn and grow.  She recently obtained her CMCA designation and is currently working to obtain her AMS.  Additionally, she is a Real Estate Broker and Florida Notary.
 
In her spare time, she enjoys going to the beach, fine dining, bowling and spending time with her four boys.

Meet the Board President
 
Mike Kersmarki

Mike Kersmarki and his wife, Liz, who served on the Cumberland Manor Architectural Review Committee for many years, have lived on Steeplechase for more than 15 years. We love living in a community where so many good people are involved in helping to preserve and improve our little corner of the universe.
 
Mike is a graduate of Ohio State University and was a business editor of the Tampa Tribune for many years as part of a more than 25-year journalism career.
 
In addition to serving on the HOA board, he also is Secretary of the board the for the Hillsborough County Industrial Revenue Authority.
 
He currently is involved in local politics, serving as a Republican committeeman for Precinct 525. Previously, Mike was on the communications team for the 2012 Republican National Convention in Tampa and also served in a similar capacity for the McCain Presidential Campaign.
 
His Catholic parish is St. Paul on North Dale Mabry.
 
Mike grew up in Alliance, Ohio, home of the Buckeye State's official flower, the Scarlet Carnation. Alliance is also the hometown of Lenny Dawson, the Super-Bowl winning quarterback for the Kansas City Chiefs in the 70s.

Meet the Vice President
 
George Tharin
 
George Tharin, serves as Vice-President on the Cumberland Manors HOA board of Directors. George is a resident of our community since 2016. He is an Architect and Senior Project Manager working for the University of Tampa and has practiced in his profession for over 39 years in the Tampa Bay Area. George has a Bachelor of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. and a graduate of Jesuit High School, class of 1980.
 
He is married, 38 glorious years, to his wife Julie.  They have 2 sons; Ryan (Married) and Alec. They are life-long members of St. Lawrence Catholic Church.  
 
George is committed to serving the residents of our community. He is blessed to serve and to contribute to the continued quality of life and to maintaining the special beauty of our Cumberland Manors.

Meet the Board Secretary
 
Zach Davis
 
Zach Davis serves as the board’s secretary. He and his family moved into Cumberland Manors in 2019 and have enjoyed the community and its friendly neighbors.
 
He was born and raised in Tampa and truly loves the city. He currently works as a land development manager for a local home builder. Zach is a graduate of the University of South Florida and has a Philosophy and Engineering Degrees.
 
He and his wife are college sweethearts hand have been married for 19 years. They have one son and one dog and love spending time together as a family. They enjoy playing golf and tennis and pretty much anything else that gets them outdoors.

Meet the Board Treasurer
 
Tami Myers
 
Tami was born and raised in Coldwater, Michigan, and relocated to the Tampa area in 1998. 

She spent over 25 years as an HR Manager with PwC before retiring in 2023. Her professional background provides strong experience in organization, accountability, and sound financial oversight.
 
She and her husband, Steve, purchased their home in Cumberland Manors in 2004 and have been committed residents ever since. Maintaining the financial stability and overall quality of the community is a priority, helping ensure Cumberland Manors remains a desirable place to live.
 
Tami has two grown children and two granddaughters. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, playing disc golf, pickleball and being involved in her church community.
