Wild Rice Soup

Serving Size : 4
1/3 cup carrot -- chopped
1/3 cup celery -- chopped
1/3 cup onion -- chopped
2 teaspoons margarine
1 1/3 cups wild rice, cooked
12 ounces turkey gravy
1 1/2 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons dry sherry
Sauté vegetables in the margarine in a 2-quart saucepan over medium-high
heat until tender.
Stir in the rice, gravy and milk. Reduce heat to low and simmer 5
minutes. Stir in the sherry.
Make 4 cups.
NOTES : Use 1 jar of Heinz Homestyle Turkey Gravy.
