Shrimp Appetizer

Serving Size : 10
1 cup soy sauce
3 tablespoons sherry
1 pound large shrimp -- cooked and shelled (20 shrimp)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 pound bacon slices
Combine the soy sauce and sherry in a bowl, add the shrimps and marinate in the mixture
for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Remove the shrimps from the marinade and sprinkle well with the brown sugar. Wrap each
shrimp in a bacon strip and secure with a toothpick. Broil until the bacon is crispy.
Serve immediately.
