Picante Potato Pie

12 ounces hash browns, frozen
5 eggs -- beaten
2/3 cup Picante sauce
1 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese -- shredded
2 green onions with tops -- sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 slices bacon -- cooked and crumbled
Crumble the frozen potatoes into a 9-inch pie plate. Mix all other ingredients
except the bacon.
Pour over the hash browns. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle with
bacon and
bake an additional 5 minutes.
NOTES : Can use Swiss cheese instead of Monterey jack
