Impossible Chicken Pie

2 cups cooked chicken -- diced
1/2 cup peas and carrots, canned
1/4 cup mushroom pieces
1/4 cup onion -- chopped fine
1 1/3 cups milk
4 eggs
3/4 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
vegetable cooking spray
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Mix chicken, peas and carrots, mushrooms and onion in the pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients in blender until smooth. Pour into the pie plate.
Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
