Fruit Salsa

4 pints strawberries
9 kiwi fruit
5 tablespoons sugar
2 packages flour tortillas
cinnamon sugar mixture

Finely chop strawberries and kiwi and place in a large bowl. Add the sugar and mix well. Refrigerate for several hours.

Cut the tortillas into triangular shapes. Place them on an ungreased cookie sheet and sprinkle generously with the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes or until crispy.

Server tortilla chips with the chilled salsa.

Makes 8 cups.  (Servings:  About 30, assuming 1/4 cup of salsa per person.)
