Fruit Pizza

14 ounce can fat free sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup margarine -- softened
1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup regular oats -- uncooked
1/4 cup walnuts -- finely chopped
4 kiwi fruit -- peeled & sliced
8 ounce can pineapple -- drained and sliced
11 ounce can mandarin oranges -- drained
12 strawberries -- halved
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well. Chill.
Cream margarine; gradually add brown sugar, beating well at medium speed
of an electric mixer. Add flour, oats and
walnuts; mix well. Press mixture into a greased 12-inch pizza pan. Prick
dough with a fork and bake at 350 degrees
for 12 minutes or until the crust is browned. Cool.
Spread the condensed milk mixture evenly over the crust. Arrange fruit
over the condensed milk mixture.
