I am originally from Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Coconut Grove/Coral Gables Florida in 1976 where I met my future wife Sharon (1978).  We were married in 1980. I hold a BS degree in Management from Northeastern University (1971) and an MBA from the University of Miami (1977).

In 1987, after I resigned a position in corporate America, we moved to the Boca Raton area to successfully rehabilitate and operate a small business.

Early in 1993 we chose to move to Cumberland Manors from upstate New York after completing a short business venture there. For the last 16 years I have owned and operated a small freight forwarding and shipping business in the USF area.
